Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Keepsake Stitch Co. Due to the nature of our needlepoint kits, threads, canvases, and specialty supplies, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please review product descriptions, dimensions, mesh sizes, and other details carefully before placing your order. If you have a question about an item before purchasing, we're always happy to help.

If something isn't right with your order, please contact us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we'll work with you to make it right.

We understand that unusual circumstances happen. If you have a concern about your purchase that isn't covered above, please get in touch. While we can't guarantee a return or exchange, we're always happy to review the situation and see how we can help.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
